I bought the laptop from flipkart and got delivered on 20th of January 2022. The product was defective and asked for replacement then their technical support member visited and got approved in the 2nd visit of the laptop on 24th of Jan. After that there was 2 times delay and was notified that the seller cancelled the order then got approved for the refund and return of laptop. Again there was 3 times delay and still there is no proper response toward the solution of the issue. They are not responding properly and only giving the updates of delay when I ask otherwise there is no response or notification. I am getting the same answer for almost 1 month postponing the day. Now I am ready to return the laptop and the monthly emi is also getting payed and I am not able to use the laptop.
