Text of Complaint by Suriya Kumar J S:

I have ordered a Laptop from amazon. I requested faster delivery but they delayed by a day than the expected delivery time. They also delivered a defective product, which is not charging at all.
They scheduled an inspection service but they are not visiting at all. I had to travel to another place for my business negotiation because of this series of events I incurred heavy losses both mentally and materialistically.

They are not providing a resolution at all
