We bought a Balzano Bullet high speed Blender/Mixer/Smoothie Maker – 900 Watts – 10 pcs set; Silver the date of purchase of 15th nov 2020 after running for about a month the product stopped working when contacted with the company they promised a replacement of parts though the product was well within warranty period they promised to deliver the part through courrier as per their whattsapp communication on the 23rd of jan 2021 but till date i have not received the parts. I am not at all satisfied with the product and the after sale service and i would like a replacement of the product or a full refund of money.

We are facing the same issue, they arranged a pickup and then send the faulty device back to us. And there is no response on what’s up now. We also want our Money back.
