Hello

I am writing to you about my recent or that is Nea Velvet Hot Water Bag for Pain Relief & Heat Therapy electrical 1 L hot water bag related with Order ID – OD330383995511940100
I received order on 7 February 2024 on 10 February it Stop working as I try to charged or heat it with electricity but it’s Stop get charged as it doesn’t pass electricity to produce head
Product is totally Stop working
Then I compliant to customer service executive but they Denied to help as I request to connect me with senior Associate then she put me on hold for 45 min and there is no any response from executive
They waste my 45 min it was too frustrating situation that no one responded me within 45 min
After that I disconnected the call
I waited for the call back but no response again
pathetic service by Flipkart
