Ordered Puma Shoes from AJIO and were delivered defective/fake product on 6th Oct 2023 which was defective and the shoe net got torn after wearing it for 2 times only. Now the shoe can not be used and AJIO is not providing any solution as I have been following up with them since last 10 days.
Feel like cheated as original puma shoes are always good quality shoes with 90 days warranty. But AJIO is saying product has no warranty which is no where mentioned on the product page on the site. This clearly means that they delivered fake product and now they are not taking responsibility and stole my hard earned money.
