I ordered Puma Men Scorch Runner V2 Shoes from AJIO and order was delivered on 6th October. Just after wearing it for 2 times it started coming out from the side and can’t be used anymore as the shoe net is torn now. I have been following up with AJIO for replacement or refund but they are not helping at all.
Puma always provide warranty with it’s products but AJIO is saying there is no warranty and on top of it this has not been mentioned anywhere on the product page on AJIO site. Seems like it is a fake product because PUMA quality is not that poor and AJIO is not taking responsibility and helping a regular customer.
Feel like I have been cheated by AJIO.
