I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT “PIGEON AIR FRYER” COST: 3199/- ORDERED ON AUGUST 5 2023 AND RECEIVED ON 10.08.2023.THE PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS DEFECTIVE. COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AND EVEN AFTER 20 DAYS THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SOVLED AND ITS NOT ONLY WASTAGE OF TIME BUT ALSO A MENTAL TORTURE WHILE DEALING WITH THE COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE.. EVERY TIME HAD TO NARRATE THE ENTIRE STORY TO THEM , NO RECORD OF COMPLAINTS AND CONVERSATIONS.. NO FOLLOW UPS ONLY VERBAL TALKS.. AND EVEN NOT READY TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.
