Text of Complaint by PRASHANT KUMAR JAIN:

I HAVE ORDERED AN I PHONE X 64 GB SILVER COLOUR ON DATED 11.OCT 2018 FROM PAYTM MALL. MY ORDER NO IS 6250789451. I HAVE RECEIVED THE PHONE ON 15TH OCT 2018 AND FOUND THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE AS CHARGING POINT WAS NOT WORKING. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH PAYTM MALL CUSTOMER CARE NO BUT THEY HAVE INFORMED THAT THIS PRODUCT CAN NOT BE REPLACED. WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT BACK TO YOU. NOW IF I AM BUYING IT FROM PAYTM MALL AGAIN THEY HAVE INCREASED THE PRICE OF THE PHONE. THIS IS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND harassing THE CUSTOMER AS FIRST THEY PROMOTE THEIR PRODUCT BY OFFERING HEAVY DISCOUNTS AND THEN SEND THE DEFECTIVE PIECE AND LATER ON INCREASE THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AS WELL. APPLE INC ITSELF PROVIDE THE REPLACEMENT FACILITY IF THE PHONE IS UNDER 1 YEAR WARRANTY BUT THE SELLER PAYTM MALL IS REFUSING TO DO SO.
