I purchased a new Bosch Washing Machine from GoZefo and it was delivered to me on the 21st May’20 (Order ID – 315014). The washing machine while rinse and dry is vibrates and shakes with a lot rigor and moves about due to vibration a lot, It feels like the tub inside may be loose or hitting against the body. It sure doesn’t feel like new/unused piece. This is definitely a faulty piece. Either need it to be repaired to as good as new or replaced ASAP.
I have already written to contact@gozefo.com on very same day – 21 May’20, Someone did call me and said they will arrange for a technician to visit me and take care of it on Sat-23 or Mon-25. So far I have not heard anything at all and am in loss of confidence something would be done.
I just paid in full for a washing machine which doesn’t work as expected from the time it has arrived. I hope you understand what me as a consumer is feeling like.
Hoping I get some action taken quickly
