Hello Sir
I am Amazon Prime customer with my registered no-9821190126 and I ordered a mobile phone (Model Mi A2) on (Date-09-08-2019) via Order No. 407-954135-0180311.The phone was defective and it never worked. I applied for return of item on (Date- 11-08-2019) return request.
The Amazon agent who came to collect the defective phone refused to take the phone on account that it was not working and since the phone cannot be switched on hence he cannot check IMEI number ( Isn’t that the reason I applied for return in the first place).
Twice it happened that the agent who was supposed to collect the phone never came and I received a notification that “The service was completed” .
I then contacted your toll free number and the receiver promised me to send another agent the next day to collect the phone and that they have updated that phone has to be collected without checking it (meaning even if it cannot be switched on). Next day also the agent refused to take back the phone for the same reason. Since then I had contacted your toll free number multiple times and was always assured that the item will be taken. Three times your agent has came and refused to take back the phone.

I request you to look into my matter on urgent basis as I need to return the defective phone and avail my rightful refund otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer court.
