i had been purchased a Poco F1 Device 256 GB armored Edition from flipkart and same will be delivered to me on dtd. 15TH Oct, 2018 noon, i had been opened the device in evening and i had been found the device has heating issue device heat while running application, while charging also stand by, i had been complained regarding this issue on dtd. 16TH Oct, in noon then the appointed a technician person to check my device from Jeeves Consumer partner, he check my device and don’t do any thing and reported that your issue is resolved and my replacement request rejected on Dtd. 16TH, oct 2018 then after in night i am also complained and do replacement for the product, then they also arrange tech person to check my device on dtd. 17TH Oct, 2018 from Jeeves consumer partner, the person come and check my device in evening and also reported that the issue is resolve and again my replacement rejected by flipkart then after i am going Poco F1 Service centre and show my device they check my device for three to four hours and give me a checking report mentioning that the device heat while app running, while stand by and while charging, i am also complained the same then after they do same story and also rejected my replacement this type channel they completed my 10 days and inform me that your ten days replacement is completed if you have any problem from your device go at service centre and resolve issue at service centre, though why they tells for 10 days replacement. they are making foolish to all public and sell defective product and not give proper answer to customer
