Text of Complaint by PAWAN KUMAR:

WE HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AS ON 25 NOV 2020 TO YOU AND AFTER THAT FLIPKART ASSURED ME A QUICK SOLUTION AND THEY SENT A DELIVERY BOY TO MY ADDRESS BUT THE DELIVERY REFUSED TO TAKE MY MOBILE FOR REPLACEMENT BECAUSE AS PER HIM THE MOBILE IS DAMAGED AND HIS HIGHER AUTHORITIES ALSO REFUSED. NOW I AM TOTALLY HARASSED SO ORDER THEM FOR EITHER REFUND THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNT OR REPLACEMENT OF MY MOBILE. THE INCIDENCE IS REPEATED MANY TIMES BUT I AM NOT GETTING THE SOLUTION. PLEASE TOOK STRICT ACTION AGAINST FLIPKART. I AM UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE COMPLAINT NUMBER OF THE COMPLAINT EARLIER LODGED BY HIM BUT I AM PROVIDING THE TIME OF THE SAME MAIL DONE BY ME AT 16:05 .
