The last week, I was purchased the honelife manual electric dril dual – purpose wire stripping machine. but unfortunately, it was not working when i checked with myself. Then after, i have raised the return policy but they are not ready to get it and informed me to send the item which is received by me, through the postal courier for specific address. After that, we spoke with customer care and they said to me, address is wrong so we will send correct address to you later. After three days later, they informed me to send the same address through the postal courier. Really, I am so confused, the machine cost is 9000 which was paid by me. They’re not provide any solution for me. I am expecting that they should be ready to get the defective machine from me as soon as possible and send me the working machine or refund the amount back to my account. I hope you may give the solution to this issue. Thank you
