Dear Sir, Myself Mohd Salman from Lucknow and I had ordered a Bluetooth Earbuds from Flipkart and company name is M10 TWS and my order number is OD228673632874462000 that product is defective and there is a connectivity issue arised on it but when I have complaint it to the Flipkart to return and refund for it so they denied to return my product and their delivery associates also denied to pickup my product and saying you are not eligible for return.
So please kindly look into the matter and do the needful for this and please arrange a refund for this product of Rs 327/-
