I am writing this as a formal escalation regarding the Livpure Glo Star Copper Water Purifier that I purchased in December 2024 through Amazon.

It has been over five and a half months since the purchase, and I have faced persistent issues with the product. Despite raising multiple complaints, including four just this month, the technicians have only provided temporary fixes, and the problems continue to resurface.

In the latest visit, the technician admitted that the product I received appears to be defective and advised me to raise a complaint with Amazon, where it was purchased. This response is unacceptable given the repeated efforts I have made to resolve the issue through Livpure’s official support.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of a permanent solution and the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputed brand like Livpure. I am requesting:

Immediate resolution of this issue with a replacement unit or a full refund.

Confirmation of receipt of this escalation and a defined timeline for resolution.

Assurance that this matter will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

Please find attached the invoice copy for your reference.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next 48 hours, I will have no option but to escalate this further through consumer forums and social media channels.
