Myself Avishek Chanda & I am writing this mail regarding a complaint about my delivered product which was supposed to be replaced as the product got delivered in internal damaged condition(vertical lines). Which was confirmed by your installation guy & he shared the pictures & videos as well for the same. I called your customer care today dated 27th July & call picked by your customer care executive Mr. Aman. He was so unprofessional while talking to me & demeaning someone’s job as well. I request you to kindly listen to the call once if you have managed sometime from your busy schedule. I asked him to transfer the call to a senior & he literally disconnected my call also. You should take action on that kind of employee who’s not serious about his job. Coming to the next point when my product will get replaced ? The TAT provided by your team was 31st Jul & no one has visited yet, not even contacted me. Please make it urgent as I can’t block my money anywhere for such a long time. Please help me to get rid of this.
