Hi Sir,
I purchased water purifier model- Kent RO in November 2020. Within a month itself we got some power problem. Product is under warranty period. On 1st complaint Kent rep came and rectified.
Now again after 3 month water is not coming after purification. So within last 12 months months 20 time I faced the problem with Kent RO product and changed 4 times filter hut no solution has been given.
This product not at all good. It is showing that they have supplied a defective product this time. I was having earlier model Kent pearl was not having any problem at least 5 years. Very worst product this time.
Till now nobody has attended the case.
This is not at all good sir.
Kindly replace the supplied item or return my money as soon as possible
