Text of Complaint by Ram Ratan Yadav:

I Received my product on 21st Sep’ 22 vide Order ID No. OD12603185428075000 HP laptop and after trial I experienced heating issue in it. I informed to flipkart immediately and Initiated for return/replacement on 23/09/22. In sequence of next step the technician visit was due on 08/10/22 but it had been done early on 24/09/22 by your Technician with info to your company and a DOA letter was issued to both party by him. After that there is no escalation made by the company in my flipkart in this regard and with constant follow-ups I was told that the technician will visit and check then any actions will be taken for refund. it has been going a long now. I am constantly following up…. The customer service executives just hang up the call telling us that they will transfer the call to a senior…they are only telling us that my problem will be resolved soon each time without any action or result.
Not expected this from Flipkart…
My money is stuck and got a defective laptop…. Looks like Flipkart is harassing consumers with their bad service once their product is defective …
I want this issue to be escalated and refund should be made as soon as possible.
