Dear Sir ,
I have received defective item against my order no. 402-4544057-0472341 amount Rs. 5399/- product – Merkur 34c 2 piece double edge safety razor . Item received on dated 29/11/2022
Immediately I contacted to your customer care and they filled investigation against my order but today I called to your customer care regarding the resolution of my defective item but they are not providing me the resolution. I already explained each and everything about the defect but they are not taking it seriously and they disconnecting my call and no body is resolving my issue.
Sir, It’s useless for me and I can’t afford Rs. 5399/- for this defective product which is not in working condition.
