Dear sir, I had orderded Sandisk 32 GB pendrive vide order ID 9023866726 on 18 Aug 19. The product I received was defective. I requested PAYTM for replacement on 24 Aug and complained vide Ticket no 137259641. Initially they intimated me the pickup is being reached shortly, but even after more than a month passed and lots of complaints PAYTM auth are not taking necessary action aslo they are not responding to my requests.
