i order a Nintendo gaming console from amazon at time of delivery opend parcel thru delivery boy and starr record5 video.item is new same as orderd but display js nkt working only shows White light i complaint this issue to amazon costumer service and they raise a investigation nad says Amazon deliver proper working item so i ask them to show any proff of working item but they deny to show any proff then how i know whose mistake/technical issue with this product. This item have 5 days refund/replacement policy by amazon is case of defective, damage amd wrong item received.if amazon deliver proper working item then show me proff this item pirce is Rs.31689 that i pay for working device not for damage item
