On 24rth August 2020 I received iPhone 11 but unfortunately I received defective iPhone 11 and along with that in box there is one incompatible handsfree.. The box was open. Since from that I was trying to contact you but by 30th August 2020 finally I was able to reach you but no response from Flipkart till now.. Firstly they said by 2nd August replacement of defective iPhone 11 and handsfree will be done.

But next day I call for the same without knowing they changed the date from 2nd August to 05 August..

This is very disappointed thing happening with me your executives daily saying that we have arranged a call from seniors.. They will call you but no call received.. Just let me know when will defective iPhone 11 and incompatible handsfree will be replaced??? Or Refunded.. Or should I take help of Honorable Court?? My patience level is done now..
