Text of Complaint by Makarand:

I purchased “Kuruma 3 Door Wardrobe”
from pepperfry within 6-7 months of purchase the wood in the product has started warping. Almost every part of the furniture has warped.
The furniture also has caught unimaginable amount of mild that has made the product unusable.
When I first raised a complaint with the company they refused to even consider the product for refund as the mold is not covered under their terms and conditions.

Then I again placed a complaint because the warping of furniture parts was not addressed in the earlier complaint.

I have been following up with them for almost 3-4 weeks now they are just going in circles, everytime I call they give me a different reason as to why this product can’t be refunded/replaced.
