I purchased “Bluetooth stereo headset on 16/03/2021 from PAYTM Mall and paid ₹189

And the product I received was damage/Defective

I contacted customer support team of PAYTM but they are closing the complaint without any resolution

Very frustrated the way I was dealt by PAYTM.   I want my money backand PAYTM should also compensate me for this all trouble
