2 chairs were bought and delivered by flipkart each for Rs 5899 which were of extremely poor quality and could not be assembled even by the flipkart technician in the home visit due to manufacturing defect and so was referred by him for a return and refund. Flipkart approved the return pick up by 21st March and subsequent refund by an e mail dated 17th March after much harassment and 100s of phone calls. No sign of pick up till now and the pick up status in my app is not updated for a refund and whencalled and questioned about the refunds their customer support execs after sometime deliberately disconnect the calls. Flipkart Please refund my Rs 11798 and stop keeping such fraudulents items in your portal.
