Attached is Invoice FYR.
We had purchased an apple AirPods 2nd generation in October 2021, which stopped working after 6 months, I visited apple care to get the repair service as the product is in warranty and the warranty is going to lapse on 3rd October 2022, but when apple care validated the invoice which was provided by Flipkart it was showing Out of Warranty, it doesn’t have any purchase date, so AppleCare suggested to check with the reseller(Flipkart) to update the purchase date which will eventually reflect in their system then they will be able to provide the service. For the last two months, I had been engaged with multiple calls and requested Flipkart to update the date, They are playing with me, giving multiple dates saying our back-end team is working and will get back to you with an update.
As AppleCare suggested, it’s a matter of 2 minutes for Flipkart to update the purchase date, what is stopping them to do so, which is a blunder done by them and they are still hesitating to do so? I’m running out of time as I’m approaching towards warranty expiry date, still, Flipkart is not at all taking this matter seriously despite several calls on this, getting lots of excuses on this.
I’m going to send a legal notice and file a consumer case for selling fake products and all the mental stress I have been going through for the last 2 months.
I would literally want you to repay me for the time I have spent following up with you, I will take disciplinary action against Flipkart.
Please treat this as important and this would be the last interaction on this matter.
