I had ordered 5,4,3,2,1 pressure cookers with 2 common lids on EZMall in Feb 2021. I had received pressure cookers of wrong sizes/capacity pressure cookers. The biggest (5 litre) cooker was of 2-1/2 litres capacity and others even smaller/lesser capacity. I had complained and got replacement but of same smaller sizes and also defective. I complained again but even after 3 months EZMall and Shagun Enterprises not even bothered to respond. I feel I am cheated. I want my money ₹ 1999+201 returned.
