Text of Complaint by Sanjeev:

Hi ,I had ordered a Sony headphone and paid the amount online. But when the order was delivered I had got a damaged low quality headphone of some brand which I have not even heard of. So immedeately I went to the website and cjeckec for return/refund option.It said you have to contact or mail the greiveance on the support mail . There was no contact number of the deal2k19 people and hence I mailed them .But there is no response from the team.
