I ordered AirPods Pro a couple days ago and while the product was in replacement/return policy, I raised a request for a replacement and talked with Amazon customer executive and she made sure that the product will get replaced and the status of my order will get updated. The product I received was old and couldn’t charge. Now I have asked that the product won’t get replaced and they gave me the information by mistake. This is ridiculous from seller side as well as Amazon. I have ordered tons of products from Amazon but never expected this. I raised request for replacement while it was in replacement window and they wasted my time by assuring me. Two customer executive asked me to be on line and then disconnected my call.
This is ridiculous. I didn’t expect this from Apple company as well. Time is money but together they have wasted both of my time and money. Providing defective item and old and not even replacing it. Shame!!
Need justice. Spent 21K on the product
