We had purchased 2 Ashoka Wooden Single Bed from Royal Oak Furniture on 20th August 2023. While receiving the cots we had informed about the poor quality of the furniture and just after 10 days one of the cot broke without much usage. We had filed a complaint previously and after a lot of hassle the company sent a technician to repair the cot. However now again within a week the same cot has broken again. We demand a full refund for delivering such poor quality furniture and will be filing a customer complaint regarding the same.
