I ordered a Cello Novelty Big Plastic Cupboard from Amazon. I got it delivered today. The bottom panel is broken and 12 pieces of the cupboard is missing without which it can not be assembled. I tried raising a return request but the call was attended by an IVR which sent me a message link. Clicking the link took me to a page in Amazon which says the product can not be returned. I checked the product on Amazon and there is no such disclaimer that it is not returnable. Please help
