Text of Complaint by Gopi Chand Kanagala:

Dear Sir,

With reference to subject matter, I have purchased Samsung 5 in 1 convertible AC from Flipkart and same is delivered on March 20. I am Flipkart plus member from inception of your plus membership.
On March 21st Mr T Ajay from Jeevees ( Your official partner) has visited my home and installed the unit. For 2 days it 5 days it worked fine. Later we went out of station. On April 10th we returned. For next two days it worked fine. On April 13 mid night it stopped working and we woke up of suffocation. When I went out to see outdoor unit, the gas pipeline is covered with full of ice. On 14th April i raised complaint regarding this issue and your team has arranged for technician visit saying installation may be improper. Mr Sai technician from Jeevees has visited my place and inspected the unit and he said the outdoor unit is defective, a valve is gone and it’s has to be replaced. He suggested to raise complaint for return even completion of return policy. The person who installed the unit has CONCEALED THE FACT THAT UNIT IS DEFECTIVE AND HE SIMPLY INSTALLED AND TOOK THE AMOUNT AND HE LEFT.
I don’t know about AC because am not a technically sound about functioning of AC.
The same day on 14 th April i called your call center nearly 7 times and spoke for 4 hours which can be seen and heard by you also in my Flipkart account.
Your team suggested to contact brand as return policy is finished by March 30.
I HAVE ONLY ONE QUESTION WHY YOUR TECHNICIAN INSTALLED DEFECTIVE UNIT?
IF HE INFORMED ME ON SAME DAY I COULD HAVE RETURNED ON THE SAME DAY WHICH IS ON MARCH 21.
As your team suggested i contacted samsung brand with complaint no. 4368615519.
They have replied that when instalation was done by Jeevees Flipkart it is whole responsibility of Flipkart and Jeevees if it is gone wrong and further they said it won’t be covered under warranty if it happened because of wrong installation. So they completely denied my request.
On 18April Mr Vinay from Jeevees visited and refilled the gas and on same day it is fully leaked.
I have made nearly 100 calls to Flipkart, Jeeves and Samsung. Every body is escaping from their responsibility of resolving the issue. For last 10 days i suffered a lot because of this issue.
This is not at all fair as I paid Rs 31,999/- and am the one suffering.
