Text of Complaint by Pramod Kumar Singh:

I ordered “CARRIER 1.2 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter AC with PM 2.5 Filter – White” from Flipkart and received it on 28th April 2023. Next day when installation guy comes, he was doing the installation but when he opened the indoor unit he said that indoor unit have gas leakage and you have to replace it.
When I was trying to raise request for replacement whenever I was selecting Gas leakage issue Flipkart site was directing me to Carrier website for raising the issue. I raised issue on Carrier site but they said that they did not attend online purchased issue and said that you have to coordinate with Flipkart only.
I reached out to Flipkart again and they said that you have to get it resolved with carrier only.
After so much struggle Flipkart raised ticket but since then they are closing old tickets and providing me new ticket with new timeline. So far they have raised 6 tickets on this and closing all of them without any resolution. Today they raised new ticket and provided me timeline till 28th May. I am sure they will be closing this ticket also and will provide me next timeline for closing the issues.
I request you to please help me in this issue.
