We purchased a philips smart tv 50inch from Flipkart on 12/05/2023 but since day 1 till today 23/08/2023 TV shows error; multiple times customer support person has visited my residence to rectify the error but could not succeed. I have discussed with most senior official in Philips but now they have no intention to rectify the error nor provide a replacement.
