I Pankaj Mongia From Panipat Haryana pincode 132203, purchased a refrigerator from Sargam Electronics Panipat on Dated 14/03/2021,on very first day it is not working properly as a refrigerator,there is no proper cooling in fridge,I asked to Sargam guys very next day on 15th March, refrigerator is not giving proper cooling,they said it will take 24 hrs to set,after 24 hrs and many more hrs till date today situation is same as it was on first day,they are not coprative with us,not replying properly,I asked him to replace my refrigerator but they refused to do the same,they send Samsung co. Service boys many time to solve the problem but samsung service boys always says it is okay they are not well versed in their field,I think they are trainies,not know how to talk with customers,also Sargam Showroom guys are not Coprative and not well mannered,I have been given so many harassments from both Samsung Service and Sargam Electronics service,very much pathetic services provided by both.i need my replacement with new product or need my money back with compositions, because of my harassments.
