Dear sir/ mam
with deepest pain i wish to inform you that on 23rd of July i have order Lenovo IdeaPad Chromebook 4/64GB at the price of INR 11691/- . with order number of OD328694292294437100. Which was delivered to me on very next day on 24th of July . after receiving it while setup i found there is some technical issues in it and on 26th july i have given request to replace it with new one
.
i got the message that there will be technician visit on 9th of August and on 10th of August it will be replaced.
As far as my problem is concerned if i have paid money on gadget that means i need to use it immediately, hense i have given multiple request on Flipkart App some time they people have endorsed but maximum time they have ignored it and not shown any interest on my complain.
in the due course of time on 4th of August technician visited my place and checked the chromebook , He found it was earlier sold in June to some one already because its warranty already started from June and it was defected one thats why first customer have replaced it. Despite of that defected peace intentionally delivered to me.
Even after his report till time they people have not updated technician visit report in app and replacement status is on hold.
i have called multiple but Flipkart people are just giving me your fake concerns and false promises.
i am endorsing 2 complain numbers with this mail which Flipkart have given me on which you have hardly worked:-

On 10th August once I have called they have changed the deadline for 13th and on 13th when I call again they have given new date of 16th August. So everytime they are giving me a new date instead of changing defected Lenovo ChromeBook or refunding my money.
