Dear Team,
This is to inform you i had purschased 3 litres instant water gyser of Hindware company just 3 days ago from flipkart, first of all there is no bill provided to me either on email or hard copy and next day technician came to my house for installation while installation he found the product is breakdown there is no electricity in the product, not working then i contact flipkart customer care person who are sitting there not ready to listen instead of listen my concern they are arguing they are helpless and asking me to contact company person this is my pathetic experience with Flipkart i am going to escalate this serious matter to higher authorities and consumer forum i need my money back or else replace this product and going to post my experience everywhere how Flipkart is making money from customer, i don’t want others to suffers like the phase i going through.
Need Resolution and look this concern seriously
