Text of Complaint by Suresh:

Purchased a 43 inch smart TV of Samsung on 16 January 2021 from so called one of the leading electronic seller in kerala – My G, Mavoor road , Calicut. All was good until 08 February 2021. The next day as usual we switched on the tv and to our shock we found a line inside the tv panel with no visiblity. On contacting the customer care , they sent person next day .the person with no second thoughts or not even scrunitsing it just clicked a photo and called some over the phone and said it will cost 15k for repairing.I asked on what basis we need to pay , he said due to external damage. Wen asked to show the damage in it .he was blank and said the product we bought is so made of hard panel and easily occurs Air crack. Is this way are you producing and selling the products. Im not a kid to easily digest to what he said. How can a tv just lik that get damaged with no external force. I could not see a small or minute scare outside but they concluded as external damage. . And is this a way of doing business to cheat customers saying so. The service person who came said that they regularly do so. I feel bad on my decision to purchase the product without knowing or predicting product quality and service efficiency from My G
