Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased Wakefit Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress from Wakefit company which costs around Rs.13339/-. while purchasing they informed me that I will have warranty of 10 years and return/exchange for it, if I don’t like it.
But within few days after using it, I got the spondylitis problem and to recover from it I took almost 6 to 8 months and spent around 50K for treatment. Later my relatives who visited my home used the bed for 1-2 days, they also started facing the problem. Hence it is further confirmed that it is defect product by the company, so I wish to have the exchange of the matressess or refund my amount back from the company.
