Text of Complaint by RAFIQ AHAMED:

we purchased the smart watch from amazon it was delivered on 24.07.2023 when it was opened it was damaged goods it was not working. family people received do not know how to return, once i returned from my home they informed that the product not working i tried to all amazon call center. they said the return period seven days is over so they cannot help it over to replace . i tried to inform her (junaida amazon) customer call agent. she is not willing to listen the actual case of the projecct. there fore kindly arrange to take necessary action to refund or replace the product as soon as possible Thanks and Regards rahammathunnisa
