I purchased Asus Chromebook laptop August 19 from Flipkart through emi. The product got some issues within 2 days so I raise the complain to Flipkart then Asus service team is reached me then identify issue and he gave the return DOA approved and packed the product but Flipkart side rejected my return. Then I continuously contact Flipkart executive more then 4 times and reopen a issues but now Flipkart told DOA approved certificate not acceptable some points are missing so change the DOA certificate then proceed. I contacted to Asus service center he told this DOA approved certificate is valid please contact to Flipkart. Now Iam paid 1 month due also but no one is responding from Flipkart side my Order ID – OD328912561081596100
