I have received ear pods from Myntra which is Boult company ear pods. It is defect piece and audio jack is not working. Now Myntra is telling it is not returnable. Before, it was returnable and now they say we can’t exchange that. How mean ? To make money they will send defect piece? I tried calling them they are not ready to respond. Help me out in this
