Respected Sir/Madam
My self Smita Singh and I have purchased Fire Boltt Ultra Phoenix Ultra Smart Watch on dated 17-05-2023 having invoice no-IRIGRG0323112548 & Oder No-CGRG03113057
Below mentioned are the issues which i am facing from the 1st day.
From day one I’m facing a lot of issues in this watch such as battery backup not as per the OEM specification. It gets dead in just 2 days when it is in standby mode .
Silent mode of the watching is not working.
After several follow -up & reminder on mail still not getting any response from Fire Bolt Team
