My name is Smita Singh. I have ordered One Fire Bolt smartwatch BSW138 Rainbow SS 1.39 on 17.05.2023 through Fire Bolt official site . While receiving the product was in working condition. From day one I’m facing a lot of issues in this watch such as battery backup not as per the OEM specification. It gets dead in just 2 days when it is in standby mode .
Silent mode of the watching is not working. I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site.
I have logged a complaint by sending mail to infocare@boltt.com on 12 June 2023. After so many mails I got reply back the product is not available in stock for replacement it may take time or u can go for other products .Then i have gone for refund process and they are not refunding the amount nor responding to my mail after regular follow -up .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Firebolt team. I humbly request you to consider my complaint and take initiative.
