My order id is VK2600533481. I ordered SONAIR true wireless Earbuds which costed me 499 rupees but there was some defects in the product . I wanted to return it,due to which I had to follow up with the company a lot…..no proper response. Out of nowhere they contacted me and I asked for return they prepared for the process and took the product from me. But now my product is also not with me and I’ve not received the refund also. What kind of customer service these guys are providing God knows. Kindly never never buy any products from VAKU LUXOS company because the customer service is the worst.
