Dear sir
This is to inform you that I bought corform mattress from roorkee dealer M/S Amit steels roorkee uttrakhand based at BSM chock. He charged me 9886 rs for 2 mattress. But he made an invoice of 8204 approx to save government tax…
I requested him to give me proper bill. But he refused and also the product he forced me to buy was not upto the mark…there is no helpline of corfom company where a customer can approach and file a complaint. I requested a company person Mr pankaj regarding this issue…he promise me that he will get this resolved soon….but it’ almost 1 month gone nobody bothered to look into my case.
