An app called daily loan has sent series of defamatory messages to my contacts based off a loan I took which on reading the Terms and agreement on the app it clearly states that the loan is from 90-180 days but after the 6th day The agents start to calling raining curses and abuses and the interest rate is ludicrous. They give 70k to pay back 100k after 6days ?
