Today 03/06/2022. I went to the airtel office at trichy salai road airtel authorised showroom… I gave an amount 500 for the amount of just 25rs only.. They said i don’t have any change sir please go and change then u gave it sir the told.. I get back my 500 and gave 25 rs of 5rs coin and i backed to my home.. Now she called and said i gave extra 500 rs to you please bring it back i have an cctv footage.. Then i think and searched i got only 500 rs only not get any extra 500 and i demanded for the footage and they told i dont show the footage to customer.. Then how can i believe??.. I strongly agreed i dont get extra amount.. The customer service girl was very rude behavior and she said if you dont bring back money she will block my mobile number and saying some illegal words.. So i need an proper evidence and put a defamation suit file against airtel and their particular showroom employee..
