The day we arrived, we had to wait for our food for approx 2 hrs. Ordered pav bhaji and got poha. The manager started arguing that poha and pav bhaji is same. Extremely slow service. Was waiting for more than an hr but still didn’t get food. Worse rooms. Gotta jump over the comode to reach the bathing area. Charging sockets dont work neither does tv. You gotta wait for an hr for them to recharge so that you can watch tv. Worst service ever.After I wrote this complain, they called me and threatened about killing me and my family. When I came down for checkout, they harassed me and abused me in front of the front desk counter. They even said they will throw my brother off the roof and told us we should be charged extra for our behaviour.
