I have not received any communication from Doomonline team on my product (Super Cloud 2020 latest technology-Super soft home slippers (Super Light Weight Version) delivery yet.
Here is the response received from Doomonline Customer Care Executive today when I had called today on Monday,7th Dec to check the status of my order placed on Sunday,29th November 2020.

He responded to my query saying your order got cancelled due to server issue.
He then sent me one SMS having a survey monkey link.He asked me to fill the details to get the money refund right away.
Below is the message received from Customer Care Executive Deepak Kumar:
Please take my survey!
Also,find attached the screenshot of the Card details he wanted from me.
This is a sheer forgery case where Doomonline team is cheating their customers, taking the money but not delivering the product and not even responding to their customers queries on email.
I request the concerned authorities to take all possible steps to bring these Fraud people behind bars and report these forgery case at all possible platforms to safeguard the interest of innocent customers.
